Members of the network are expected to meet the following criteria:
be internationally recognized as higher education research institutions;
be located in the European Union, Latin Ameria or in the Caribbean;
offer at least one full programme in Engineering and/or Architecture covering both the 1st and 2nd cycle; have well established reationships with the several institutions in the regions.
